Its good to have a Buddy

Following on from the Boroughs recent Health and Safety and Risk Assessment update, The Friends group is now operating a Lone worker, Buddy system. The Lone worker and buddy must carry a charged and working mobile phone and have exchanged mobile numbers.
The Lone worker must have told their buddy their intended route and destination.
The Lone worker to call their buddy or report back personally on completion of the task to confirm they are safe.
This “Work Safe” procedure applies to all Lone working at either site and includes litter picking and photography.
But would you not agree if possible it's better to work in groups. You can't have a laugh or a chat with yourself can you, mind you there are a few of us that natter and chump away to ourselves. Further task images Here
Recent tasks at the Hillfort have been carrying out scrub management and enjoying the ambience of the site.
